Unlock Isobel

Unlocking Isobel isn’t as simple as most missions, as you have three parts that can be completed in any order. But I’m ready for you.

Tournament Of The Heart

First, you need to start the exciting “Tournament Of The Heart” quest. This is the key to unlocking Isobel as a companion.

To begin this quest, go to Castle Navire Wayshrine and speak with Lord Remard DeFulley and Lady Henretta Aranthe.

After speaking with these nobles, follow the quest markers and speak to Isobel Veloise herself. She’ll explain the situation and say you need to complete some trials to win Glittering Sapphire Tourney. Don’t forget, preparing some ESO Gold before you start can make your exploration process go smoother.

Order Of The Iron Knot

Now, when you choose which trial to do first, be sure to select Order of the Iron Knot first. This will set you on a quest to retrieve the hilt of the legendary Redheart sword from Duforts.

Before finding the hilt of Redheart, head to the library where you can find information about the sword. After finding a book in the far corner of the library, talk to Isobel and she will tell you about Duforts to the east.

Once you reach the field, you’ll find another Aspirant also pursuing the sword, with Isobel’s former second-in-command beside him.

A fallen tree blocked the path into the woods, but Isobel knew a way around the obstacle. You need to follow the map to a forest and look for the marker pointing to the hilt of Redheart. Talk to Isobel later and determine your next move.

Oaken Order

At this point, it’s important to select Oaken Order, as this will appear again in the rest of the mission. To find the symbol of Oaken Order, you need to head to Coral Road Wayshrine and follow the map to find the mage’s cabin.

Once you reach the cabin, you’ll find a barrier with three pillars. Examining them, Isobel will deduce exactly how to dismantle the barrier from an old story mage told her as a child.

She will ask you to find Cat’s Paw Flower, Heron’s Feather, and Spriggan’s Veil. All these items are nearby, so follow the map to collect them all. Place them on the corresponding posts.

Once the barrier is down, enter Mage’s cabin and he will tell you to take his staff as a symbol of Oaken Order. After finding the staff, talk to Isobel.

Order Of The Albatross

Last but not least, we also need to get Order of the Albatross. To do this, you can meet Isobel at Castle Navire Chapel, found on the map.

To collect Gilded Lute Of Captain Brenvale, you first need to find the key to Castle Navire Catacombs. Follow your map until you find Aurelia, who will take you to meet Dame Hendra. Quickly bribe her to get the crypt key, then get inside.

There will be some enemies around here, but the path is mostly straightforward. Then you will find Aspirant Mortens here who is hiding from the spiders. He will give you the key to open another passage deeper into the crypt. However, you need to find his sword.

Continue along your map to reach the sword’s location. You’ll encounter some spiders along the way that you’ll need to kill, but they won’t pose much of a challenge.

Give the sword to Mortens and use the key to open another passage, which will take you to another part of the crypt. Kill the ghost haunting the area, then look for Lute behind it. Once you get Lute outside, talk to Isobel.

Get Token

When you’ve impressed all three Sapphire Orders and earned their tokens, it’s time for the finale.

Find Isobel presenting the token during the ceremony. After the ceremony, speak to Knight Commander Jourvel in her office to unlock Isobel as your companion.

Skills And Gear

Finally, let’s briefly talk about Isobel’s skills and equipment.

In terms of skills, I like that Isobel is set up as an AoE damage dealer, with skills such as Holy Ground, Penetrating Strikes, Sunder, etc. For gear, I would prefer to wear Heavy on her chest and legs, and then wear Medium or Light on smaller pieces with Aggressive or Quickened Traits.

They also enjoy specific perks, with each Companion providing a benefit to your surroundings or items the moment you summon them.

Here, we will share a complete guide on how to help you get Ember as your trustworthy companion in Elder Scrolls Online. If you also want to upgrade your companion, don’t forget to prepare some ESO Gold. Without further ado, let’s get started!

Complete This Tower Full Of Trouble

To begin your journey to unlock Ember, you need to complete the mission, Tower Full of Trouble.

Find Ladlow Menant

To do this, head to Tor Draioch Wayshrine and find Ladlow Menant. He has a mission mark above his head and is ready for action.

The conversation with Ladlow Menant is quick, but he will provide some valuable information for the upcoming mission. Near the end of the conversation, Menant will direct you to Ember, Khajiit Sorcerer, located north of Wayshrine.

Restore Cave Ward

Ember will explain that she needs help to restore Wards in the area. You can then follow the quest markers to restore Meadow Ward, Glade Ward, and Cave Ward in the nearby caves. You’ll encounter some weak enemies along the way, but nothing too challenging.

After restoring Cave Ward, talk to Ember again and she will share more information and ask you to head to the tower to investigate further.

Set Traps

Ember will then ask for your help to set up traps around the area. Follow the quest markers to find the backpacks with traps, place them at the designated location, and meet Ember at the shed.

Once you meet Ember, she will give you the magical Spoon of Undo, which can be used to turn four NPCs back into animals. Then, follow the quest markers to find Huldressa. Remember, appearances can be deceiving!

Get Mirrored Way

Now that the trap is set, Ember needs to obtain a specific book, Mirrored Way, from Arcane Library inside the tower. Go inside and pick up the book on the right side of the room.

Once you get it, talk to Ember. Ember will tell you that you need to go to the ritual circle southwest of the tower. Light Ritual Scones and defeat the mini-boss Windsorrow to complete Ember’s spell.

Kill Windsorrow

After defeating Windsorrow, return to the tower for one last meeting with Ember, and now you have your Companion!

By completing Tower Full of Trouble mission, you have unlocked Ember as your permanent companion in Elder Scrolls Online.

How To Upgrade Ember?

Now that we have Ember, it’s time to upgrade her!

Start by visiting your local armor store and buying at least three pieces of each type of armor. Armor Skill Lines can be unlocked once you equip Ember. You can then visit Weaponsmith and do the same thing to unlock Weapon Skill Lines. To unlock guild quests, you need to complete daily quests to level up each guild.

Now that the skills are unlocked, you can customize the gear Ember wears to match your play style.

For me, I prefer Ember to be a Damage Dealer and immobilize these NPC groups through AoE.

For her weapons, I prefer Lightning Staff and Bow, as Lightning Staff provides more AoE damage, while Bow is great for single target combat.

For her armor, I prefer large pieces since it has Aggressive Trait. As for smaller pieces, I like Medium Armor because it increases the damage of the armor’s passive. If you don’t have access to Aggressive Trait, you can also use Quickened as it reduces the time between skills.

Now that Ember is ready, it’s time to level her up! You need 7 pieces of Training gear and Experience Scroll. When you’re ready, head to your favorite grinding spot. As Ember levels up, her skills automatically unlock, so there’s no need to earn Skill Points!

ESO Anniversary Jubilee Event is one of the largest and most popular events. During the event, you can enjoy double XP boosts and earn new event-specific rewards.

This year, ESO celebrates its 10th anniversary. Anniversary Jubilee will be unlike any other holiday before. This year’s introductory quest will be changing. You can not only get boxes through daily tasks but also by re-clearing some Forgotten activities. They can bring you generous ESO Gold and some special rewards.

The activity is now available on the test server. We will explain and show everything in this ESO Anniversary Jubilee Event guide.

How To Start Anniversary Jubilee?

Let’s start with the introductory quest. You can get Ache for Cake quest for free from Crown Store.

After accepting the quest, you need to travel to one of the festival locations located in Stonefalls, Glenumbra and Auridon. Here we will meet the adopted son of Chef Donolon and complete the mission.

Jubilee Cake

As a reward, you will receive a Jubilee Cake. During the event, you will receive three Event Tickets when you eat a slice of Anniversary Jubilee Cake for the first time each day. Experience rewards are now passive during the event. But you won’t see this bonus in active effects. The developers say they will showcase it in the future.

How To Get Jubilee Boxes?

To get the event boxes, you need to complete all daily tasks. You can now also earn Jubilee boxes while playing the game through the following activities:

• Kill and loot any final dungeon boss.
• Defeat the final Trial Boss and World Bosses.
• Complete any Incursion event, such as Dolmen, Geysers, Dragons and more.
• Rewards for some Worthy mails.
• Tales of Tribute Reward Bags.

The first event box you get in a day will be of Gold Glorious Quality, and any subsequent boxes completed each day will be of Purple-Quality.

There is a guaranteed fragment for Jubilee Steed in Glorious boxes. You need a total of 25 fragments to collect this mount.

You won’t be able to get the required number of fragments during the event, but you can continue to collect them next year or purchase missing fragments in Impresario Store for 3 Event Tickets each.

Unique Style Page

Besides, you can get some unique results at this event.

For Fishing, you can get Unique Sword Style Page. Any Dolmen reward chest has a chance to contain Style Page of Staff of Worms Replica.

Unfortunately, I could not find this and the subsequent Style Page on PTS. They haven’t dropped yet. But I want to show you some events that will give you a special Style Page during the event.

All Geysers in Summerset may drop Style Page for Staff. Additionally, all World Bosses in Vvardenfell may drop one of two Style Pages.

Impresario Store

It’s time to visit Impresario Store. Throughout Anniversary Jubilee Event, she will be stocked with the following items:

Recently, I received a question about how to get this Sacred Watcher Hood. So in this guide, I will show you how to get the quest and how to prepare for it so that you can complete it and get this Sacred Watcher Hood. Without further ado, let’s get started.

Prepare

The first thing you have to do is you have to have Necrom DLC and you go to Apocrypha. Once you open the map, you will see that there is a Public Dungeon called Underweave, and there will be a quest called Castoff Destinies. You want to head to the nearest Wayshrines and head towards the mission.

As you can see, I’m in Public Dungeon now, and I’m playing a new character. Because I had to create a new character quickly so I could get this quest again to show you guys how to do this.

Castoff Destinies

Once you arrive at Public Dungeon, you’ll talk to Ogle. And from the moment you see Castoff Destinies quest, you’ll actually enter the dungeon and help Ogle complete the quest.

When you enter the dungeon, you will see that there is a path that you must follow. You just follow these purple glyphics that randomly pop up on the road and keep going. Once you reach your final destination, these purple glyphics will pop up again. You need to wait for Ogle to finish speaking and then enter the portal.

Once you enter the gate, you will continue to follow this pathway. But you just keep following the purple glyphic and destroying enemies in your path. Once you reach the end, Ogle will be waiting for you there. He’ll talk to you, listen to what he says, and then just follow the instructions after you’re done talking to him.

You can read the conversation if you want. But I'm just skipping it so we can have more time to complete quests and farm ESO Gold.

Disable Nemesis Looms

Then you must disable three Nemesis Looms. You will see its location on the map. Once you reach the area, you’ll find that you will have to disarm this Nemesis Loom unless you want to disable it. This is the first one.

Then open your map and you’ll see where the second one is. It’s exactly the same as the previous one you want to disarm. Then the last one will also appear on your map, so you’ll have to hold down the aim button to see where Loom is. Once you get here and defeat all the mobs, you can successfully disable all Nemesis Looms.

Find Fate Glyphic

After you finish talking to NPC, you will open your map and you will see a “Find Fate Glyphic” prompt. You must first find a way to Fate Glyphic. You will then encounter a boss. And you need to defeat him to get the final glyphic.

Next, you need to talk to Thaddeus Cosma here, and he asks us to get the remains of Fate Glyphic. Then you’ll find that you have to get into the heart of Underweave.

In order to make a path to the center of Underweave, once you enter the room, you’ll need to turn left here, run up the stairs, and turn right here. You’ll see there’s a portal into the center of Underweave.

Once you enter the doorway, you’ll see a set of stairs ahead. Don’t worry, open your map and you’ll be able to see the area you’re heading to.

Then, you need to place Fate Glyphic you picked up on the altar and wait for him to complete the ritual. Once they’re done, they’ll ask you to stay in Underweave. But you have to go all the way, so you’ll have to fight numerous mobs along the way and make your way to the exit.

Fortunately, they are not powerful, and you have to find your way through them. Once you see the portal, you can talk to NPC. When you pass through the portal and finish talking to Ogle, he will reward you with achievements and a Sacred Watcher Hood.
