Honkai Star Rail 1.2: Upcoming 4-Star Luka Mega Guide - Builds, Teams & Light Cones Honkai Star Rail 1.2: Upcoming 4-Star Luka Mega Guide - Builds, Teams & Light Cones

As part of Kafka’s banner, they will officially launch Luka in Honkai Star Rail 1.2 on August 8th. So let’s take a look at his Kit, Relics, Teams and Light Cones in this guide to get up to speed on this character.

Kit

Luka has a stacking mechanism called Fighting Will. He gains stacks at the start of combat and after using his techniques, abilities, basic attacks or ultimates. When he has 2 stacks, it boosted his basic attack. The ultimate attack inflicts additional Bleed damage to opponents who have already inflicted Bleed.

Honkai Star Rail: Upcoming 4-Star Luka Mega Guide

Luka’s skills can cause damage to an opponent and cause Bleed effect on it, which lasts for 3 rounds. And the enemy will also suffer physical damage at the beginning of each round. His ultimate deals damage to a single enemy and has a chance to cause all allies to take more damage for 3 turns.

Since Bleed is one of his strongest weaknesses, and he has it built into his gear, he’s also a lot of fun to play.

Stats

For stats, I recommend Effect Hit Rate, Crit, Speed Boots, Physical Damage Sphere and Energy Rope.

Also, using Attack Rope will also increase Luka’s damage. But his ultimate makes enemies take more damage from all teammates. If you don’t use his abilities every turn, he won’t generate as much power as your other teammates. So I pay more attention to Energy Rope.

Honkai Star Rail: Luka Kit & Abilities

From the perspective of Effect Hit Rate, he needs to reach at least 67% to ensure that the skill will cause Bleed effect and use the ultimate to apply Debuff to the opponent. He gets 18% from Traces, so he only needs to give him another 49% in his build to guarantee Bleed and Debuff effects.

As I mentioned earlier, his gear will give him a 43% Effect Hit Rate, but I recommend building this into his sub-stat. The only exception is if you give him a low stacking Light Cone, such as Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat. Here, I’d give him Effect Hit Rate.

Relics

Next, we entered his Relics. For Planar Ornament sets, I’d give him Pan-Galactic Commercial Enterprise for 10% Effect Hit Rate and up to 25% Attack Scaling Effect Hit Rate.

I think this 2-PC is a must if you’re running Effect Hit Rate principals. But if you’re not running Effect Hit Rate, the extra 10% here means you don’t have to build as much into his sub-stats.

If you don’t have a Pan-Galactic Commercial Enterprise set, Space Sealing Station is also a good option, and it provides a lot of attack.

For the major set, 4-PC Champion will be his most popular set, which grants extra physical damage and attack damage. If you want to give him a Break Effect build, you need 4-PC Thief for Break Effect and energy. Both sets are in the same domain, so that’s handy.

Honkai Star Rail: Luka Best Relics

Teams

As for the team, you can choose his most common team, namely Kafka, himself, Sampo and a defensive unit. As far as defensive units go, none of the characters have outstanding synergy with Luka.

But if you’re running a Kafka team, you can stick Trend of The Universal Market on Preservation units for a chance to burn enemies. Alternatively, you can use Natasha with 4-PC Messenger to increase team speed and 2-PC Fleet of The Ageless to give the team more attack.

Serval can replace Sampo to apply more impact and extend Kafka’s impact. Asta will be one of the major roles used in this Kafka team. Because of the massive speed buff she has and the attack power she brings to the team.

Luka’s ultimate increases the damage all allies take for 3 turns. So you can use him as Skill Points positive support for any DPS.

Honkai Star Rail: Luka Best Teams

If you want to form a Mono Physical team, then Sushang, Natasha and Clara will be your best choices. You can also replace Clara with Silver Wolf. If you have a character like Luka in your Honkai Star Rail Account. Then no matter what your DPS build is, you can make the enemy take more damage.

You can also try Luka as a DPS. Then Tingyun would be his reliable partner, and Silver Wolf or Pela would work well with other units. Then you can use whoever can keep your team alive in the last position.

Light Cones

Finally, I just want to talk about Light Cones I think are the most suitable for Luka. Among them, Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat will be his most popular Light Cone. It smashes 16% of the enemy’s defense. Coupled with Luka’s ultimate, it will increase the team’s damage output.

Incessant Rain is also a powerful Light Cone for him that increases his Effect Hit Rate, Crit Chance and causes enemies to take more damage.

In addition, Herta Store added a new Light Cone in Honkai Star Rail 1.3, which can increase Break Effect, DoT and provide energy. This is very useful for F2P players.

Honkai Star Rail: Luka's Most Popular Light Cones

Final Thoughts

Now, is Luka worth pulling? If you want to manage a DoT team and choose Kafka, then he is definitely a good unit to choose. If you’re looking for support for single-purpose stuff like a boss, I think he’ll provide value to your Account as well.

If you don’t want to choose Kafka and already have the guarantee of the next 5-Stars, I think you should prioritize 5-Stars roles you want. Eventually you’ll get them, anyway.

Honkai: Star Rail Announces New Event Honkai: Star Rail Announces New Event

Honkai: Star Rail reveals the facts of its new limited-time event for Version 1.1, which will put players in the role of lab assistants.

Honkai: Star Rail Announces New Event

Honkai: Star Rail announced a brand-new event. The HoYoverse title happens to be on Version 1.1, where players have experienced the chance to play a number of limited-time events and obtain the opportunity to pull for the five-star banner character Silver Wolf.

The events in Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.1 to date are Starhunt Game, where players are tasked to consider Silver Wolf's graffiti throughout Herta Space Station; and also the highly popular Everwinter City Museum Event, with a management simulation mini-game. Both have provided players who finished the quests having a generous quantity of Stellar Jades that they'll use for gacha pulls.

With the 2nd phase of Version 1.1 inching closer, Honkai: Star Rail announced another limited-time event called Lab Assistants in Position. According to the HoYoLab blog, young researcher Wen Shiling from Herta Space Station will give you seven research topics every day, and also the Trailblazers are going to be tasked to collect experimental materials on her. After they've submitted all the required items during the day, they'll receive the corresponding rewards, including Stellar Jades and upgrade materials. Once players have finished Wen Shingling's errand, they'll get the All Good Potion recipe.

The Lab Assistants in Position event will run from June 19, 2023 (10 am, server time) to July 3, 2023 (3:59 am, server time). Players with Trailblazer level 21 and above, and who have finished the Trailblaze Mission "Jarilo-VI - The Past Will Return being an Avalanche" can take part in the event. Those who just started playing Honkai: Star Rail may have plenty of time to trap up.

Many Honkai: Star Rail players expressed their excitement for that upcoming limited-time event. Some asserted they're thrilled to farm more Stellar Jades so that they could pull for Kafka in Version 1.2. Although Honkai: Star Rail hasn't been built with a perfect streak of events as some players disliked Boulder Town: Super League, more and more people seem to be grateful the game gives them enough in-game currency for their future banner pulls.

Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.2 is anticipated to drop on July 19, 2023. As early as now, many players are searching forward to getting five-star characters Kafka and Blade, and four-star characters Yukong. They will also continue the primary story in the Xianzhou Luofu, and maybe explore a brand new planet afterward. There will probably be more limited-time events within the upcoming update, meaning more exciting side quests and chances for Stellar Jade farming.

Honkai: Star Rail can be obtained now for Android, iOS, and PC. A PlayStation 5 version was released in Q4 2023.

Honkai: Star Rail-Right Hand Man's Many Right Handed Right Hands Achievement Guide Honkai: Star Rail-Right Hand Man's Many Right Handed Right Hands Achievement Guide

There are lots of different achievements in Honkai: Star Rail, but that one, particularly, requires a bit of work and careful planning to unlock.

Honkai: Star Rail-Right Hand Man's Many Right Handed Right Hands Achievement Guide

The Eager for Battlegroup of Achievements in Honkai: Star Rail may be the largest category and also has the greatest percentage of achievements which are relatively easy to acquire. One of the better-rewarding ones that do not take many jobs is a tongue-twister achievement named 'Right-Hand Man's Many Right-Handed Right Hands'.

So, let's review exactly what unlocking this achievement entails in Honkai: Star Rail and also the best way for players to carry out getting it.

How To Unlock The Achievement

To quote the precise text from in-game, to obtain this achievement, simply 'Defeat Svarog after destroying 4 Auxiliary Robot Arm Units'. What this means is that throughout the Svarog boss fight occurring in the Main Quest missions in addition to a few repeatable places afterward, players will have to defeat four from the floating Auxiliary hands Svarog summons prior to actually defeating the traditional father-figure relic that's Svarog.

There are 'technically' two versions of the boss encounter which go by the names of Svarog (Boss) and Svarog (Complete). The main difference between both of these Svarogs may be the number of phases and also the total selection of attacks they are able to use. Svarog (Boss) is really a one-phase fight meaning Svarog has only one HP bar to drain while Svarog (Complete) has 3 Phases AKA 3 HP bars to drain. Either Svarog works best for getting this achievement, but it is leaps and bounds easier to obtain it by fighting Svarog (Boss).

Where To Find The Right Svarog

Now, players who occur to know that this achievement exists before reaching the Svarog encounter throughout the later parts of the Belobog story can in fact get the achievement here. But, most often find out long afterward this point and will have to re-encounter Svarog to unlock it. Svarog is available in 3 places hanging around currently:

Near the end of the "To Rot or To Burn' Main Story Quest.

As the 2nd encounter in Memory Stage 14 from the Forgotten Hall.

As the ultimate encounter of Simulated Universe World 4.

Both location 1 and a pair of are the (Boss) versions of Svarog while location 3 may be the (Complete) version, meaning the Svarog within the Simulated Universe is commonly more difficult generally (though less difficult as Kafka). We recommend going the path of fighting them within the Forgotten Hall because this is easy to repeat whether it doesn't work out. Just remember that Bronya will have to be defeated first prior to getting to Svarog in Memory 14, and she's no cakewalk either.

Best Strategies & Information For This Achievement

Compared to some lot from the other boss battle-based Eager for Battle achievements, that one is pretty simple with regard to tactics. Just survive until Svarog summons an Auxiliary Robot Arm while using Boost Deployment Skill, defeat that Arm as quickly as possible using whatever overpowered characters can be found, after which keep living (and Svarog living) until it summons the next. Repeat this 4 times after which finish off Svarog for that achievement. However, there are some things to bear in mind:

Don't allow the Auxiliary Arms to sit around for a lot more than a turn for the most part. Svarog will begin to use Overload Warning to place them into an Overload State and can then use Controlled Blasting to make this Arm explode along with an ally, which more often than not KO's them.

It can be challenging for higher-leveled players to not kill Svarog while waiting for that 4 Auxiliary Arms. In that case, ensure that you bring the best Characters with Skills that direct attacks like the Trailblazer's Ever-Burning Ember, Tingyun's Benediction, March 7th's Power of Cuteness, and so forth.

Svarog (Complete) won't begin using Boost Deployment until Phase 2, and may quickly overwhelm players by summoning multiple Auxiliary Arms in quick succession. Thankfully, Svarog (Boss) takes 3 turns to summon one and is really a lot simpler to handle overall.

If one from the Auxiliary Arms uses Oppressive Embrace to 'steal' an ally, make use of a Weakness Break to obtain them out ASAP, the ally comes in real danger otherwise.

Overall the overall strategy is just to make use of a character with Taunt such as the Fire Trailblazer, Gepard, or March 7th to keep Svarogs aggro, a healer like Natasha or Bailu to help keep the team healthy, and a pair of damage dealers. These DPS characters usually stick to the trend of 1 being Lightning Element and also the other being Physical or Wind to cope with both Svarog and every one of his summons easily. Just keep Basic Attacking him and accumulating Ultimates where applicable, after which pop those Ultimates when he summons an Arm to consider it out instantaneously.

All in most, it's a relatively simple achievement to obtain that gives double what other achievements give with 10 Stellar Jades, therefore it is more than well worth the effort, particularly if players can perform it whilst completing the Fragmented Hall Memory or Simulated Universe World for that first time and becoming those 'first completion' rewards.

Character Recommendations

As your final note, here are a few general character recommendations to make use of in this fight that both F2P and P2W players ought to be able to make use of:

Honkai Star Rail: Every Version of Bronya within the HoYoverse Multiverse Explained Honkai Star Rail: Every Version of Bronya within the HoYoverse Multiverse Explained

The HoYoverse multiverse connects its games, and Honkai: Star Rail's Bronya is a character that has alternate versions of herself.

Honkai Star Rail: Every Version of Bronya within the HoYoverse Multiverse Explained

The HoYoverse multiverse has intrigued fans, even more, the moment Honkai: Star Rail arrived on the scene. The video game maker previously confirmed that Star Rail's universe was attached to Honkai Impact 3rd and Genshin Impact with the Imaginary Tree, which was described as the foundation of life and where universes and bubble worlds were born. Although fans didn't necessarily have to play through Honkai Impact to know Star Rail, they still thought it was interesting that both games had different versions of identical characters.

One of those characters is Honkai: Star Rail's Bronya Rand, a playable five-star Wind character from Belobog. She is another version of Honkai Impact 3rd's Bronya Zaychik, who also had various iterations because the game's story progressed. Apart from having similar appearances, both Bronyas also provide the same backstories: they were raised in an orphanage and were adopted by Cocolia. What ultimately sets them apart was how their lives unfolded within their respective HoYoverse titles.

Bronya in Honkai: Star Rail and Honkai Impact 3rd Explained

In Honkai: Star Rail, Bronya Rand may be the commander from the Silvermane Guards and also the current Supreme Guardian. She originally originated from an orphanage in Rivet Town, which is located in Belobog's Underworld, where she was utilized by the former Supreme Guardian Cocolia Rand.

As a playable character, Bronya is renowned for wielding a rifle, which she uses to shoot at enemies. She's a Wind-element character following a Path of Harmony, and therefore she's a supporting character that buffs her allies' damage (DMG) and critical damage (CRIT DMG). Players can pull for her within the standard banner utilizing a Star Rail Pass. They could also face Bronya inside a boss fight within the main story mission and also the Simulated Universe.

Meanwhile, Bronya Zaychik in Honkai Impact 3rd is complicated. She began as a Russian orphan who had been raised to become an assassin designed to kill Cocolia, an associate of Anti-Entropy led by Welt Yang. When Bronya didn't assassinate her, Cocolia took pity and allow her to live in her orphanage, where she was experimented on. Bronya later gained the ability to use Honkai Energy, which may be the byproduct of the dangerous radiation that may turn people into Honkai beasts. Her default skin may be the Valkyrie Chariot, which players use for long-distance attacks and support skills.

Honkai Impact 3rd Bronya has multiple skins, each showcasing components from her past life in Siberia, her role in Anti-Entropy, and also the upgrades designed to her Valkyrie battlesuit as the story progressed. Some skins also gave Bronya different skill sets. For example, Black Nucleus allowed her to enter Stealth Mode, as the Herrscher of Reason and Herrscher of Truth battlesuits gave her DPS-focused abilities.

On another hand, there's Bronie, who's Bronya wearing the Haxxor Bunny battlesuit. She exists within the Captainverse, which may be the community-chosen name talking about the continuity of Honkai Impact 3rd's event stories. These are also outside of the game's mainline story, so all the characters involved are alternate versions of the original. Bronie would later appear in Honkai: Star Rail as Silver Wolf, who may be the newest five-star banner character for Version 1.1.

Apart from Bronya, there are more HoYoverse characters who've crossed over its titles, and all sorts of have compelling storylines that vary from one another. These further strengthen the potential of their universes converging inside a future update or perhaps a completely new game. This could be an enjoyable way to see precisely how the characters of Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact, and Honkai Impact 3rd would connect to each other.

As of now, HoYoverse hasn't revealed any concrete plans for that multiverse it's creating. Still, many fans seem to become hopeful for that company's future developments, and hopefully with the ability to achieve a satisfying payoff for the characters that may be involved.
