WOW Classic SOD: The Most Profitable Duo Gold Farm In Phase 3 Revealed! - Farming Dust Stormer
Here we reveal the most profitable duo farming locations in WOW Classic Season of Discovery Phase 3 Silithus so far. As Essence of Air prices skyrocketed, the place became a gold mine. Especially for duos, this is definitely the best way to accumulate gold in a short period.
In this guide, we’ll discuss the best combinations for gold farming, the best strategies, and why farming alone may not be worth it. Don’t miss this crucial guide to maximizing your WOW Classic SOD Gold. Without further ado, let’s get started!

Farming Dust Stormer
First, this farming site in Silithus involves killing elite Dust Stormers at levels 45 to 47. We’ll look at the pros and cons of this powerful gold farming location, and how to get the most out of it.
Since the price of Essence of Air is very high right now, if you can form a good duo, I believe the amount of gold you can earn per hour for even two people will be crazy.
If a pair of Pre-Raid melee hunters can kill a Dust Stormer in nearly 15 seconds, then a well-geared hunter with a decent hit rate might be faster. As a duo, you won’t need to eat much since you’ll take out the mobs quickly. Or if your hunters with pet taunting, you may not need to eat much at all.
The faster you kill these mobs, the more gold coins you get. Generally speaking, taking into account eating and walking, if you spend 1 minute killing Dust Stormer, then on average you can get 2 Essences of Air per hour.
The best equipped duo combos can kill these mobs in less than 6 seconds. This also makes the amount of gold you can earn per hour here incomparable to any other location in Phase 3, especially if Essence of Air is very expensive on your server.

Why Isn’t It Worth Farming Solo?
While this farming location looks good for a duo, I don't think it's worth farming solo either, unless you're decently geared and can kill these mobs in less than 20 seconds. But please note that eating or drinking will still waste too much of your time and reduce the efficiency of farming per hour. And as a hunter, you need to heal the pets, which will significantly reduce your DPS.
As you can see here, it takes a solo hunter over 30 seconds to kill a Dust Stormer, and they also need to eat, with an estimated drop rate of only 4%. It is obvious that solo farming is much less efficient than duo farming.
Best Duo Combos
Another important thing to remember is that Dust Stormer is invulnerable to natural attacks, making it difficult for many classes to deal with. But you can try using a healer to run this farm. In this case, it might not be as profitable as dual DPS, but as far as combos go, it’s still probably the best duo farming combo out there.
Since Shaman cannot use natural abilities, Hunter is probably the best choice. Equipped with a Duo Hunter it’s possible to kill a Dust Stormer in less than 5 seconds, giving it an insane amount of gold per hour.
That’s great if you’re very confident about the place, have a lot of gear, and you don’t have to waste time eating to farm gold solo. But even with all this gear, I still believe having a duo makes it even more valuable. As mentioned before, this place is pretty good, or probably the best open world farm in Season of Discovery Phase 3.
As long as Essence of Air is expensive on your server and you can clear it quickly, then this farming location must be profitable for you. But if it takes you 1 minute to kill these mobs, then it’s best to avoid this place because it’s not worth it.
Because mathematically, if you kill them within 1 minute, you should only get 2 Essences of Air. But if you do it in under 10 seconds, plus a decent combo, you can collect about 14 Essences of Air in an hour, which is crazy.
Outro
All in all, it is highly recommended to farm with two people here, because even if you can farm alone, you may have to stop to eat, which will waste a lot of time.
The best combination is probably Duo Hunters, non-caster with a healer is also an excellent combination. Chill combos also work perfectly because there’s no pressure to kill them as quickly as possible and you don’t have to worry about eating or your health at all.
Anyway, give it a try and it will bring you a nice profit in Phase 3! Good luck!
WOW Classic SOD: The Fastest Way To Reach The Level Cap In Phase 3! - Leveling Spots & Tips
With the arrival of the new phase of WOW Classic Season of Discovery, the character level cap will be increased from level 40 to level 50. This means that you only need to level up 10 levels in Phase 3 to easily pass the level and start the latest endgame content.
Although the total number of levels you need to complete is smaller, since higher-level upgrades also come with more XP requirements, you will still have to invest a lot of time to reach the level cap of the new phase.
Considering that there may be some new players who have just entered, if you want to get from level 1 to level 50 as quickly as possible, then this guide must be suitable for you. Here, we’ll provide some powerful upgrade strategies and rich XP farming methods that you can use to your advantage in Phase 3.
Before entering, I need to remind you that don’t forget to prepare enough WOW Classic SOD Gold, which will play a key role in your leveling journey! Without further ado, let’s get started!

Farming Zul’Farrak Dungeon
First of all, in my opinion, the fastest way to reach level 50 in Season of Discovery Phase 3 is by spamming dungeons. While you can quest in the open world for a steady XP gain, dungeon farming is slightly faster. Therefore, this is ideal for players who want to reach level 50 as quickly as possible.
As for the most efficient dungeon for leveling in WOW Classic SOD Phase 3, it must be Zul’Farrak. This is a level 44-54 dungeon located in northwest Tanaris. It’s worth noting that players can use mounts in this area because of its massive map size.
This dungeon is actually very easy to farm and should be a chief priority for you to farm if you want to level up quickly in mid to late level 40.
And many Zul’Farrak-related quests can be completed at level 40. So once you start playing Phase 3, head to Tanaris to claim the dungeon quests and start focusing on farming Zul’Farrak as your main leveling goal.

Leveling Tips
If you don’t enjoy the monotony of dungeon grinding, or you find it difficult to join a group, you can always take on quests in the open world to get some solid XP from killing monsters and accepting quests.
For this, we would prefer areas such as Stranglethorn Vale, as the quests in the southern part of this area can continue until you are mid-level 40.
Tanaris is also a good choice, as their monster killing and collecting quests will net you a lot of XP once you reach level 40+.
In addition, areas like Feralas and Un’Goro Crater can also be accessed later in Phase 3 leveling process to complete supplemental missions that can get you to level 50 faster.
Don’t forget, the new PVE Event Nightmare Incursions and all related quests for Emerald Wardens faction are also a great way to replenish XP between completing open world quests and dungeon runs.
Discoverer’s Delight Buff
Thankfully, leveling in SoD Phase 3 is slightly easier than the previous Vanilla Classic because of the addition of Discoverer’s Delight buff. This buff was introduced in Phase 2 of SoD and increases all XP gains between levels 40 and 49 by 50%.

With this, you should reach the endgame of Phase 3 slightly faster and start getting the high-end content the new levels offer.
All in all, I hope this guide can help you reach the level cap of 50 faster in Phase 3 and unlock exciting endgame content! Good luck!
WOW Classic SOD: What Changes Will Happen To Blood Moon PVP Event After Entering Phase 3?
As the biggest new content in WOW Classic SOD Phase 2, Blood Moon Stranglethorn Vale PVP Event has achieved outstanding success in the game. Its unique mechanism and challenging content attract many players to log in to Season of Discovery every day and strive for season rewards.
In SOD Phase 3, there will be no new world PVP event, but the developers stated that they will continue to update Blood Moon Event and maintain its value. This has also allowed Phase 3 to reignite the interest of many players.
Since Stranglethorn Vale will still be a relevant leveling area until you’re mid-to-late level 40, you’ll probably still be traveling to Booty Bay and its surrounding areas for much of Phase 3, and you’ll still encounter Blood Moon Events.
In the new WOW Classic SOD phase, you should notice some differences in Blood Moon Event, including new gear sets and new ways to earn Honor, among other changes. In this guide, we’ll talk about the changes that will occur in Blood Moon PVP Event as it enters SOD Phase 3. Without further ado, let’s get started!

New Rewards For Blood Moon
As before, Phase 3 Blood Moon Event will also spawn in Stranglethorn Vale, meaning PVP battles only seem to be getting bloodier this time around. Players will receive special PVP sets and even new items for Phase 3, and have more opportunities to farm WOW Classic SOD Gold here.
The rewards you receive from Blood Moon Event will be expanded to support the new 50-level endgame level in Season of Discovery Phase 3.
These level 50 rewards will be earned by earning a new currency called Gold Massacre Coin, which players can earn by defeating other level 50 players during the event. These Massacre Coins will become Blood Moon Event’s new currency, and they can be exchanged for many of the new rewards in Phase 3 event.
In addition, new gear for level 50 players will also be added to Blood Moon Event, and players can purchase it from Mai’zin after participating in the event in Phase 3.
Some example rewards currently shown by the developers for Phase 3 PVP events include Bloodthirst Crossbow, a Hunter weapon that drains 5 health points from the target with each attack. There’s also Libram of Draconic Destruction, a Paladin relic that gives you +36 attack power when fighting Dragonkin.

Bloodstained Commendation Will Be Removed
Previously, Bloodstained Commendation could be purchased from Mai’zin at Gurabashi Arena for 25 Copper Blood Coins for 250 Honor, but it was removed from the game at the start of SoD Phase 3. This means that any Bloodstained Commendations you currently hold will expire from your inventory after the new phase is released, so don’t get too hung up on them.
The developers say that if you can save these now to get a minor advantage in PVP rankings when the next phase starts, that’s really fine. But they don’t necessarily expect you to hoard enough gold to take you all the way to level 14 later when that level becomes available.
It is worth noting that when Blood Moon transitions to the new level 50 version in Phase 3, a new recommendation token will be added, which will once again bring fresh blood to Azeroth.
Anyway, that covers everything we know about Phase 3’s upcoming Blood Moon PVP event. The new Blood Moon will go live on April 4th with the start of SoD Phase 3. Let’s wait and see!
WOW Classic SOD: Master These 8 Valuable Quest Items To Stack More Pre-Quests For Phase 3
In this guide, we’ll reveal the secrets behind stacking multiple quests and share some valuable information about Quest Items in SOD Phase 3. These quest items activate quests, allowing you to complete over 20 quests while attacking. Don’t miss these valuable insights to enhance your exploration experience!
As a Horde player, I decided to focus on the best quests in Tanaris, Stranglethorn Vale and Feralas regions, and maybe some quests in Dustwallow Marsh. I’ll start with missions in the same area and then move on to missions that may be more challenging, but you can choose whether to continue or not.

Green Hills Of Stranglethorn Page
Let’s start with the most valuable quest item, Green Hills of Stranglethorn Page. These pages will spawn four types of missions, and completing all of them will unlock a bonus mission that rewards a large amount of XP.
One advantage of these pages is that you can buy them from the auction house. However, in my opinion, it would be prudent to act quickly, as Phase 1 trends and indications suggest that we may see a significant increase in their price in the near future. So once you have all the pages, they may become a profitable investment by the end of the season.

Cortello’s Riddle
Now let’s talk about the second quest found south of Stranglethorn, Cortello’s Riddle. There are many mobs in this area, and the quest items are inside the ship. You can find it on any of the three ships, but usually on the lower side.
If you’re doing this with a group, I recommend doing some simple quests first to earn some WOW Classic SOD Gold. Because the enemies on the ship are level 43-45, you need to prepare some decent equipment and consumables in advance.
But here’s a tip, you can die near the ship, find where Riddle spawns, and grab it easily.
Noboru’s Cudgel
The third quest, Noboru’s Cudgel, is a free quest that can be found in Swamp of Sorrows. All you have to do is defeat Noboru the Cudgel and retrieve the quest item. If you completed this mission before, you can use the provided marro to locate and tag Noboru.
Shattered Necklace
Continuing with the fourth quest item, Shattered Necklace, the mobs in Uldaman Dungeon have a chance to drop it. Alliance players can initiate missions by clicking on the item. And Horde players need to take it to Orgrimmar and start the quest, Necklace Recovery.
Ship Schedule
The fifth quest item dropped by Pirate’s Footlocker in East of Tanaris is the Ship Schedule. This area also contains some of the best in a slot quest stacks from Phase 3, so make sure you complete them.
When you farm for this item, the pirate has a chance to drop a green box containing the quest item, with the drop rate estimated to be around 1 in 5. If you farm this item here or do the quest alone, focusing on killing level 44 pirates, your quest should be relatively easy.
But in my opinion, it’s usually easier to solve the problem as a team. It’s just that as we get closer to the next phase, the area may become seriously crowded.
One last note is that these boxes may contain loot similar to Stranglethorn Page. However, completing these pages won’t give you any XP, and the loot may not be worth it.

Monogrammed Sash
As for the next task item, it is Monogrammed Sash. This mission all takes place in Stranglethorn Vale, and you need to face a level 50 elite enemy. This boss drops no loot in Phase 1 and is extremely difficult to defeat. Currently, it is almost impossible to do any damage to it at level 40, but with the increased level cap in Phase 3, this will definitely not be a problem.
Pristine Yeti Hide & Margol’s Horn
Also, there are several Alliance quests worth mentioning that I don’t have access to as a Horde player, one of which is Pristine Yeti Hide, which has a slight chance of dropping in Feralas. The other one is Margol’s Horn, which drops from level 48 elites, but I personally haven’t tried this one yet.
All in all, having this information at your fingertips is enough to unlock the potential of incredible items, stacking up more pre-quests for SOD Phase 3! Let’s embark on this epic adventure together!
WOW Classic SOD: The New Runes To Be Introduced In Phase 3 Have Been Leaked! - New Warrior Runes Explained
Although the exact date of WOW Classic Season of Discovery Phase 3 has not yet been determined, some players have discovered some new runes for Phase 3 through data mining. Please note that it has not been officially confirmed whether these runes will appear in SoD Phase 3, and it is possible that they will be introduced in a later phase or not at all.
Here, we will talk about the new runes that may be coming to Warrior in Phase 3, and explain the corresponding passive effects or new spells they give the character. So, without further ado, let’s get started.
So far for Warrior, we will have 3 Bracer Runes and 3 Helm Runes. If you want to get all the new runes in Phase 3, preparing some WOW Classic SOD Gold in advance is essential.

Rampage
Starting with the first one, we have Engrave Bracers, Rampage. The warrior rampages, increasing attack power by 2% and granting the most successful melee attacks an additional 2% attack power. This effect stacks up to five times and lasts for 30 seconds.
This ability can only be used after landing a critical hit, so we seem to be seeing more of an increase in raw damage as rampage increases.
Sword And Board
For our second Bracer Rune, we have Sword and Board. When your Devastate and Revenge abilities deal damage, they have a 30% chance to refresh the cooldown of your Shield Slam ability and reduce its Rage cost by 100% for 5 seconds.
This is an interesting rune because if you’re running Devastate, you’re basically spamming Devastate, which will refresh your Shield Slam almost instantly. Now, this is going to make for some interesting gameplay, and it’s going to have a really cool synergy with Gladiator Stance.
Wrecking Crew
And then our third Bracer Rune, we have a Wrecking Crew. Your melee critical strikes enrage you, increasing all physical damage you deal by 10% for 12 seconds. This effect does not stack within Rage, so here is another damage-increasing rune for Warrior.
After seeing this, I do feel that Warrior needs to add something to change the way this class plays. I think all we’re seeing is a massive damage increase and Enrage for Warrior, but I think there could be a little more creativity here and adding something that changes up Warrior’s play style and makes PVP more fun.

Shield Mastery
So let’s move on to Helm Runes. When you equip a shield, Shield Mastery increases all physical damage you deal by 10%. Also, it reduces the duration of all Disarm effects used by enemies on you by 50%.
This does not stack with other Disarm duration reduction effects. So if you combine Shield Mastery on Helm with Sword and Board on Bracer and do Devastate, you can create some really cool gameplay even in PVP.
Vigilance
Then our next Helm Rune is Vigilance. This focuses your protective gaze on party or raid members, reducing the damage they take by 3% and redirecting 10% of the threat they pose back to you.
Additionally, your taunt cooldown will refresh for the last 30 minutes each time they are attacked. This effect can only work on one target at a time, so this is a good tanking rune.
Taste For Blood
Finally, there’s a Taste for Blood. Whenever your Rend ability deals damage, your Overpower ability activates for 9 seconds or an attack, and this effect cannot occur more than once every 6 seconds.
This is a really fun rune that will definitely change your play style a lot. We know that Rend’s damage is super low, and no one is playing Rend in rotation, but when you use this rune, every time you cast Rend, it activates Overpower for 9 seconds and deals with damage. This could lead to some interesting gameplay and some different play styles. So I was excited to give this one a try, too.
These are all Warrior Runes that may appear in Phase 3. I would probably prefer to run Taste for Blood mixed with Wrecking Crew or Rampage. Which rune are you more interested in? But we’ll have to wait and see, anyway!
