Charms are very important magic items in Diablo 2 Resurrected, players can use them to gain magic enhancement without gear. Using Charm requires that they fit into a limited inventory to function like Tetris. This requires players to reasonably configure according to the number of grids occupied by the three specifications of Grand, Large and Small, to maximize the magic enhancement.
After the patch 2.4 was released, Ladder Season 1 also brings its three exclusive Charms, which are Gheed's Fortune, Hellfire Torch and Annihilus.
Gheed's Fortune as a Grand Charm can bring great rewards for gold coins and Magic Find. Using Gheed's Fortune requires the player to reach level 62, and it brings 80-160% extra gold from monsters; reduce all vendor prices by 10-15% and 20-40% better chance of getting magic items.
Hellfire Torch is one of the Large Charms, only one can be configured in inventory at a time. Using the Hellfire Torch requires the player to reach level 75, and it gives +3 to Skill Levels; +10 to 20 to All Attributes; and +8 Light Radius to Level 30 Hydra (10 Charges)
Annihilus is a Small specification, and it is the only item that offers rewards for experience gained along with Ondal's Wisdom. Level 70 is required to use Annihilus, which brings +1 To All Skills; +10-20 To All Attributes; All Resistances +10-20 and +5-10% To Experience Gained.
Since D2R Ladder Items are randomly dropped, players need to get Ladder exclusive Charms by farming or buying.
Gheed's Fortune can be dropped from monsters starting in Act 1 on Hell difficulty; Hellfire Torch can be dropped by players after completing the Pandemonium Event, and Annihilus can only be obtained from Uber Diablo.
