FFXIV Windows 11 Support Begins
Feb 28, 2022

Source: MMOWTS

Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker has come and gone, summarizing the story threads woven in MMORPGs over a decade. We already have some new content patches to introduce Pandaemonium raids, but the big next step is 6.1. The developers have already revealed some details of 6.1 in the last big Live Letter, but the new broadcast will have more information in a week's time

Letters from Producer Live Part LXIX will be broadcast on YouTube and Twitch on Friday, March 4 at 3 AM PST / 6 AM EST / 11 AM GMT. Unlike the recent major Live Letters, there will be no live translation into English this time around. However, the bullet point slides breaking down the features of the new 6.1 patch will be presented in English, with translations that may be provided by members of the FFXIV Discord.

The FFXIV patch is currently targeted for release in April, as the developers revealed in the last issue of Live Letter. Of course, we'll be getting a new set of main scenario quests - this one is especially notable as this will be our first step in a new post-Endwalker story - as well as the first Alliance raid for this patch series, new Horde quests (developers are ditching the "beast" term), and more. Square Enix has released the roadmap for the upcoming FFXIV patch 6.1 to 6.5 update. In addition to the major story update, Square Enix is also planning to release a new adventure featuring Hildibrand. Crystal Clash PvP modes, Alliance raids, Horde missions, and more are also planned. There will be more updates on version 6.1 coming in March.

The company outlined the planned roadmap for each patch in Final Fantasy XIV Letters, which was broadcast live on Producer LXVIII. The main content includes the main scene update and a series of side quest updates. All three updates will span patches 6.1 to 6.5. While not listed on the stream, Glamour-related updates will also appear starting with patch 6.1.

Additionally, each patch will have various other patch-specific additions. On the topic of release timing, producer Naoki Yoshida stated that there will be four months between major patches; two weeks more than previous updates. An additional week will be added to the release for the summer and New Year's Day holidays. After the update, MMOWTS will continue to provide you with the same safe and reliable FFXIV Gilas before, hoping to help you complete the game and reach the game goals.
