* Follow her and talk to her again. Ask her family or why she joined the church.

* Agree to help her find red wolfhook berries (both options are fine)

* Find red wolfhook berries (you can find them on felled tree trunks)

* Select "Leave it to us" and go to Sister Victoria

* Use Anemo or Hydro skills to clean up the dirt piles around the cathedral

* Select "I would like to try your special Chilibrew"

* Select "Alright, let’s split up"

* Find Barbara in Whispering Woods

* Rescue the merchant from Treasure Hoarders

* Choose Liyue Chilibrew as a reward

The Taste of Hard Work

You need to repeat all the steps of the previous one, but finally choose Sweet Flowers from Caishan as the reward.

Incompletely Cured

In order to get this ending, you have to restart Deaconess’ Gratitude quest:

* Choose Chilibrew

* Choose to go together and talk to Sister Victoria

* Go to the woods to deal with Hilichurls

* When Barbara proposes to treat this Treasure Hoarder, you need to choose "Hold on Barbara. He’s a suspicious character".

* Beat this Treasure Hoarder

A Holiday in Mondstadt

You still need to start again from Deaconess’ Gratitude, and then select the following options:

* Choose the Summer Sparkling Tea

* Speak with Sister Victoria and meet Barbara

* Speak with Herman and choose "You won’t mind if I check with Ellin on that?"

* Speak with Schulz and tell him "Barbara’s working right now"

* Talk to Susie and choose "if it’s Barbara’s style you’re after, you could start by being considerate to others"

* Tell Barbara that she looks tired, then go for a walk with her
