Now you will encounter some ghosts in Genshin Impact. When the mist on Tsurumi Island is cleared, they still linger. To help these ghosts cross over, you need to activate a quest. MMOWTS will guide you to do it.

First, you have to find the Boatman, a mysterious specter east side of the waypoint of Shirikoro Peak. He will ask you to help the 9 ghosts of Tsurumi Island board his ship so that he can send them to the Golden Land.

Una is the grandmother of Kito and Kina, and their spirits often haunt Tsurumi Island. To help Una cross over, you will have to complete the quest of Kito and Kina because she wants to be with her grandchildren. After completing the cross-over quest of Kito and Kina, you will receive Kito’s Sachet, which will have to be given to Una.

Unlike other ghosts, Una will not present you with quests. Instead, you just need to listen to her for a while and then receive some sakura blooms from her. However, this quest is time-limited, you need to talk to her for 5 days before she is ready to cross over.

Where to find Una?

You can find Una north of the waypoint near the Moshiri Ceremonial Site. There, just below the cliff, you will see stone ruins on the map.

On the first day, Una waited beside some clay pots and a stone statue marked with candles. She will mistake you for her grandchildren and give you three sakura blooms. Una will stay in this area for the duration of the quest, but talking to her more than once a day will only result in some brief conversations.

After the daily reset, you can talk to Una again. Three more sakura blooms every day when you come back. Her dialogue will also mention some other ghosts that you can interact with on Tsurumi Island. She also shares some stories about herself and lore on the island.

On the fifth day, you can choose to talk to her twice, which allows you to give Una Kito’s Sachet. After Una receives Kito’s Sachet, she will be ready to be with her grandchildren. If you try to complete Una's quest without completing Kito and Kina’s, she will tell you that her loved ones haven’t yet boarded the boat and give a hint.

Once Una’s quest is completed, she will disappear, leaving an Exquisite Chest containing 20 Primogems and 30,000 Mora. When all the ghosts have been helped, returning to Boatman will unlock a brief cutscene of the ghost crossing over, their spirits finally got rid of their attachment to the Tsurumi Island.
