Fallout 76: These Updates Deserve Players Attention!
Fallout 76: These Updates Deserve Players Attention!

Fallout 76 will be updated in June, and loyal players of Fallout 76 are eager to know about the updated content in the game. The focus of this update is the expansion of boundaries of Appalachia. At the same time, many unknown enemies, generous rewards and new questlines will also be added to the game. This is the real first update for the expanded map for Fallout 76, which makes players look forward to June.

The new Fallout TV has received a lot of praise since its launch, and the number of people exploring the world of post-war Appalachia continues to increase. This article will reorganize and review the most unexpected and surprising changes in the game’s upcoming updates.

The increase in Fallout 76 Bottle Caps can enrich your weapon types.

Let’s get started.

1. A Map Expansion

Head South For New Adventures

A new area will be re-created on the existing map for a comprehensive update of Skyline Valley. This is completely different from before. Players were shocked when they first experienced this area. Currently, Skyline Valley is open to players on the public test server. Everyone is welcome to come and experience it.

2. The Story Behind Vault 63

A New Vault To Explore

Vault 63 is a place that few people know about, so few explore it. However, when the game update is released in June, the previously sealed Vault will no longer be a taboo for players.

Then, exploring Vault 63 isn’t as simple as returning home.

In fact, there is not everything in Vault 63. Around Vault, there is a rich questline. Players in Public Test Server like to explore this.

Because this is one of the biggest vaults since Vaults series. Not only is it huge, but it also has its own built-in subway that transports the game’s residents from one place to another.

3. New Enemies

New Enemy Types Have Done Their Way Into The Update

In addition to the updates mentioned above, Fallout 76 also adds different enemy types this time. The new boss, Storm Goliaths is one of them. This is completely different from before in Vaults series. Players who want to defeat them must save ammo in advance. If you have tried to defeat Scorchbeast Queen, Ultracite Titan, and Earl, then you know that this new boss will not be easier than them.

A new cultist-type faction called The Lost will play a decisive role in some of the quests in the new areas of this update.

4. New Main Questline

To Find All There Is To know About This New Area

I won’t tell you that Skyline Valley update will have a very attractive little story hidden in the new main questline. Unlike most of the decisions players make in Fallout 76, in the missions of this update, the decisions players make will have some unexpected consequences.

This is exactly what many players have been wanting. Although in other Fallout titles, the decisions made by players can lead to different directions, this update does not have as strong an impact as before, but it can also make players feel different effects from before.

5. New Rewards

Some Fun And Special Rewards For Players To Gain

One thing this update has in common with previous Fallout 76 updates is that players can unlock rich new rewards. In fact, it’s the new weapons that will really interest players. Completing the new main quest will unlock four new weapons. They are V63 Shock Baton, Shattered Grounds, V63 Zweihander, and Ticket To Revenge. This is so exciting. I believe the effects and abilities of these new weapons will give players a big shock.

In my opinion, the Ticket To Revenge seems to be comparable to Railway Rifle in terms of power, ammo capacity, and overall aesthetics. Therefore, after Skyline Valley update, players can not only use new weapons but also get CAMP plans, weapon skins and so on.

6. New Events

Some New Events For Players To Participate

After this update, players can participate in two new large-scale events, “Dangerous Pastimes” and “Neurological Warfare”. Not surprisingly, both of these large-scale activities require teamwork from players to complete.

"Dangerous Pastimes" is a relatively light activity. As long as there are enough players and they are willing to help. Players only need to destroy the enemies that attack again and again, and at the same time collect special parts as much as possible to attract the storm.

Compared with "Dangerous Pastimes", "Neurological Warfare" is a little different from other events, it is much more interesting than I expected. Not only does it start like other endgame boss battle events, but it also requires players to nuke a certain region to start.

Players love opening new events in the game. Because this comes with a lot of rewards. At the same time, these rewards can also encourage old players to continue playing.

7. Enemy Damage Adjustments

Some Much-Needed Fixes For Certain Enemies

In this update, some enemies seem to be very powerful. Players like Anglers, Robots, and Cave Crickets will use multiple attacks to eliminate players. However, Bethesda will be making some moves to change this and rebalance those overpowered enemies.

Although the current weapons currently available to players will also change, they will not change too much. Although the complete list of weapon updates has not yet been made public, any changes will be focused on balancing and adapting to the game.

I hope you all like my ideas.

Diablo 4 Season 4: How To Unlock The Powers Of Tempering And Masterworking?
Diablo 4 Season 4: How To Unlock The Powers Of Tempering And Masterworking?

With Diablo 4 Season 4 just around the corner, we wanted to talk about the crafting system introduced in the new season to help you get a head start. In this guide, we’ll focus on the powers of Tempering and Masterworking, and look at how to enhance your Rare and Legendary Gear with additional affixes to maximize your character’s potential.

This guide covers all the essentials about this Tempering system, from finding Temper Manuals to applying affixes options in Blacksmith. Plus, we’ll delve into the new Masterworking system, which replaces the old Blacksmith upgrade system, and learn how to obtain and use Obducites, Ingoliths, and Neathirons to enhance your gear up to 12x!

Not only that, at the end we will also discuss the basic tips and variations of Player Test Realm. So don’t miss the chance to optimize your gear for the ultimate Diablo 4 experience. Good luck and happy gaming!

Tempering

Tempering is a new gear system in Diablo 4 Season 4. Rare and Legendary Gear will drop fewer affixes, 2 for rare and 3 for legendary. Tempering allows you to add 2 more affixes to your gear, for a total of 5 affixes.

For example, you could add more movement speed to your boots, some extra armor or elemental resistance to your weapons, or even some new skill augmenting affixes.

Next, let’s take a look at how it works. First you need to find Temper Manuals from various events, such as Helltides, Legion Events, and even events like endgame bosses.

These Manuals provide specific options for different categories. You need to go to a Blacksmith and use these Manuals to randomly apply an affix option to your gear.

Each gear slot has its own restrictions on which categories can work on that slot. Each Temper or Temper re-roll costs some crafting materials. If you don’t get what you want, you can re-roll up to 5 times. Except for unique equipment, legendary equipment must complete Tempering before Masterworking.

Masterworking

Another thing worth noting is that Blacksmith upgrade system is changing and being replaced by Masterworking.

In the old system, you could simply upgrade your gear up to 5 times to increase all affixes by 25%. Here’s how the new Masterworking system works.

First, you’ll need to unlock the new Pit feature by completing Nightmare Dungeon at tier 46 or higher, then traveling to Cerrigar. Cerrigar has a new object that can enter the pit, but it requires a Runeshard to enter.

You can earn Runeshard by completing or participating in various endgames or activities, such as Whispers or opening Helltide Chests. Over time, though, you’ll accumulate Runeshard naturally.

For anyone who has played Diablo 3, Pit is similar to Greater Rifts. When starting Pit, you will start in Tier 1. When you enter, you need to defeat enemies quickly to fill up the progress bar before the timer runs out.

Pit of Artificers will be completed on multiple tile sets connected together through portals. Maximizing the progress bar creates a portal to the boss stage. Eventually, you need to defeat the boss to stop the timer and complete Pit run. I need to remind you that if you want to defeat all bosses as quickly as possible, it is very necessary to spend Diablo 4 Gold to upgrade your gear.

You’ll get some loot for completing Pit, but more importantly, you’ll get 3 different Masterworking Materials, depending on which Tier of Pit you completed.

  • Tiers 1 to 20: Obducites
  • Tiers 21 to 40: Ingoliths
  • Tier 41+: Neathirons

You’ll work with these new materials using the new Masterworking system at Blacksmith. You can Masterwork a piece of equipment a total of 12 times. Upgrades 1 to 4 cost Obducites, 5 to 8 cost Ingoliths, and upgrades 9 to 12 cost Neathirons.

Every 3rd level up, you will get a 5% increase in all affixes, and every 4th level up, you will get a 25% increase, but only 1 randomly chosen affix. These percentage increases are additive in nature, not compounding.

All in all, I tested and found that 76 Intelligence Masterworked 12 times without random selection increased by 25%, for a total increase of 45%. Under the same circumstances, the attack speed changes from 13% to 18.9%, an increase of 45%.

If you’re lucky and hit the same affix on levels 4, 8, and 12, you’ll see a 120% increase for that particular affix.

Changes

Some Masterworks have changed since Player Test Realm. The success rate is no longer guaranteed, every piece of Masterwork will be 100%. Because this comes at the cost of spending more crafting materials.

Additionally, some Tempered affixes will be subject to a 100% cap. There is no longer a 5% scaling Masterworking animation, only a 25% scaling animation.

The above is all the information we need to know about the newly added Tempering and Masterworking in Diablo 4 Season 4 this time. Good luck and have fun.

FFXIV: Follow These Tips To Quickly Level Your Alt To Level 90 To Get A Head Start On Dawntrail
FFXIV: Follow These Tips To Quickly Level Your Alt To Level 90 To Get A Head Start On Dawntrail

Do you want to level up quickly in Final Fantasy XIV to reach the level 100 cap as quickly as possible when Dawntrail expansion releases? If yes, then this leveling guide must be your best choice.

In this guide, I’ll walk you through everything you need to know to level up in Eorzea. From basic leveling tips to advanced leveling strategies for experienced players, this guide has it all. The different methods of leveling up and the best way to earn XP will be covered here. Let’s get straight to it.

Unlock Dungeons

Time management is crucial in learning to level up efficiently in FFXIV, especially if you plan to level up multiple jobs. If this is your first job to reach level 90, the dungeons unlocked in the story are your primary choice, which is enough to get you straight to level 90. I recommend your first job be a tank or healer. This will make your dungeon queue faster.

XP Bonus

Now let’s talk about XP bonuses you can earn to help level up alt jobs faster.

First of all, completing Brand-new Ring of Hall of the Novice will bring a 30% bonus to LV 30. In addition, Heat of Battle 1 to 3 will provide players with 5% to 15% bonuses, which can be activated by free links. Armory Bonus provides 100% bonus below level 80 and 50% bonus below level 90.

Additionally, New Worlds and Preferred Worlds receive a 100% bonus for creating a character on a new server or preferred server. Spend FFXIV Gil on food from Potwatch in any major city and get a 3% bonus when you consume 2 of them in 1 hour.

Hunting Log

First, I want to mention that Hunting Log is very useful for levels 1-15.

If you hover over the icon, it will give you the location. You can tell if it’s in the correct position by the icon above its head.

Palace Of The Dead

Palace of the Dead is a quick way to level up your alts from 1 to 50. Palace of the Dead is Deep Dungeon content in FFXIV, unlocked at level 17.

The quest, House That Death Built, can be completed after you talk to Nojiro Marujiro in New Gridania. To enter Palace of the Dead, start by talking to Wood Wailer Captain in Quarrymill to join a matching party and you will start the quest from Floor 1.

The nice thing about Palace of the Dead is that your actual gear doesn’t matter. Turning on Silver Chest increases your Aetherpool weapons and armor, which alone determines your damage and defense.

Next, you need to reach the next level by killing mobs. When the key lights up white, you can enter the next level. After clearing 50 floors, talk to Wood Wailer Captain again to unlock floors 50+.

Now you will use any job to run layers 51-60. My level 15 Pugilist gave me almost a 2 level buff boost in 12 minutes on floors 51-60 and I could avoid DPS queue time.

As a bonus, Deep Dungeon doesn’t use your Rested Experience, but you do get 100% bonus from Armory Bonus.

Duty Roulette

I need to remind you that Duty Roulettes provide good XP. But it can only be done once per day and resets at those times based on your time zone. I recommend doing 50/60/70/80, Leveling, Main Scenario, Trials, and Alliance Raid every day.

If you also hit an Adventurer that requires bonuses, this is a significant source of your passive FFXIV Gil income. This is what I found with my level 51 Warrior in Duty Roulette.

You may be thinking that the income from completing a level 51 raid is not very impressive. But one of its bigger benefits is that DPS can queue up faster in Duty Roulette.

Heaven-On-High

From levels 61 to 70, Heaven-on-High is a powerful option for gaining XP. This is a Deep Dungeon from Stormblood expansion.

You need to talk to Hamakaze in Ruby Sea to complete the quest Knocking on Heaven’s Door. In this Deep Dungeon, you need to rerun levels 21-30 to gain maximum XP. The entire dungeon takes about 15 minutes to run, and you’ll need to run it 32 times to reach level 70.

FATEs

If you are going to do FATEs, I recommend starting at level 70 to 90. Be sure to bring a companion with you, and upgrade your companion, which will give you some extra survivability in Shadowbringers and Endwalkers.

Additionally, FATEs provide an additional currency called Bicolor Gemstones. These can be used to purchase crafting materials from Gemstone Trader. You can use them to craft or sell them on the market to earn gil. Remember, you can only effectively farm XP from FATEs if you have a team doing it.

Bozjan Southern Front

At level 80, we can enter Bozjan Southern Front. You need to complete Stormblood Alliance Raid and talk to Keiten in Kugane to complete the quest line, Hail to the Queen.

To progress in Bozjan, you need to obtain Mettle. Mettle allows you to level up, giving you access to more Bozjans. In order to get Mettle, you need to do Skirmishes and Critical Engagements.

All in all, Bozja Fates is a great way to level up, but it requires a time investment. Just keep at it and this will take you all the way to level 90.

Beast Tribe Quests

A small daily quest option to keep in mind is Beast Tribe Quests. These are daily repeatable tasks to earn XP really fast. Three Pixie Quests per day gave us nearly 900,000 XP in 8 minutes.

Anyway, that’s it for my Final Fantasy XIV leveling guide. I wish you good luck and have fun!

Fallout 76: An In-Depth Discussion On Whether Low Health Or Full Health Build Will Be More Advantageous
Fallout 76: An In-Depth Discussion On Whether Low Health Or Full Health Build Will Be More Advantageous

A debate that’s been going on since Fallout 76’s release is whether it’s better to play with low health for extra damage, or with high health for durability? I think it comes down to personal preference. But wanted to dig a little deeper into this and show you how each play style compares to one another.

In this guide, I’ll show you both scenarios in action so you can decide which one you prefer. I’m going to show you West Tek run because Super mutants there are some of the toughest enemies you’ll find in both normal gameplay and Daily Ops. Without further ado, let’s get started!

Gear Settings

On the low health side, I have a full set of Unyielding Covert Scout Armor with a Secret Service Armor. In terms of overall health, I have a full set of the same armor, but with Overeaters. The second and third stars aren’t as good, but there shouldn’t be much of a difference.

In terms of Power Armor, I have a full set of Overeaters Union Power Armor with Emergency Protocols mod.

My perks are pretty much the same as what I normally use. Ricochet and Dodgy will be active. Even in testing Nerd Rage, Action Boy, and Serendipity continued to run, but we couldn’t benefit from them. And of all the mutations I have, only Adrenal Reaction is affected by low health.

Key Factors Affecting Damage Output

What I’m using here is Anti Armor Plasma Caster. Normal armor’s full health and low health are very similar in combat. You need to shoot a few more times to kill super mutants, but the damage difference isn’t huge.

For example, a Super mutant will die in three headshots while at full health. By comparison, two shots are required while low on health. For both cases, there’s one key: a good Fallout 76 Item actually has a greater impact than any low-health damage bonus.

In practice, Anti Armor weapons tend to perform almost identically to Bloodied weapons, especially against powerful enemies. But apart from the numbers, there are actually differences in how they are played. The biggest difference is Action Points. It’s an excellent test to show how your Action Points are affected.

At full health, my AP is just under 300. At low health, I have just under 500 AP. If you equip Dodgy and fight with VATS, the difference is noticeable. You have to pause or spam AP boosting food more often because you run out of AP more often.

It’s not a huge number, you’re just missing out on more opportunities than when you’re at low health, and you’re taking fewer critical hits.

None of them are huge drawbacks individually, but they do add up. More damage means you need fewer shots to kill an enemy, which means you use fewer Action Points. Best of all, you start with more Action Points so you don’t run out too often.

This isn’t a game-changing difference, but it does add to a smoother experience with a full Unyielding Set. Having said that, a full health Commando Build is also possible, especially if you’re not using VATS.

Full HP Power Armor vs Low HP VATS

But let’s go a little more extreme. Let’s do Daily Ops with full health Power Armor and low health VATS. As it happens, Daily Ops has a really bad set of mutations for low health builds. Savage Strike basically bypasses armor, so even if they’re wearing Power Armor, it only takes a few hits to kill them.

To make this example more extreme, I’m going to use Foundation’s Vengeance, which is a bloody weapon. At full health, the only damage boost comes from Explosive effect. Even against additional tank enemies, it’s still very effective.

At low health, Foundation’s Vengeance deals roughly double the damage per shot. It’s significantly more effective, but without the damage bonus, you’re still killing pretty fast.

Even though the last boss is slow to kill, it’s significantly more durable. Even with Savage Strike mutation, we can take any damage from the enemy. And you still do enough damage to kill it.

For low health, I used my Anti-Armor Railway Rifle. As you’d expect, the enemies disappear after a few shots. So it’s very easy to kill things, and usually the enemy doesn’t even have a chance to see you. The problem is to survive. Because it only takes one enemy, you haven’t spotted or a Nuclear Missile to knock you down.

I died at least three times while running Daily Ops. As I said before, I tend to die the most in Daily Ops when I play with low health. But with my powerful weapons and low health bonus, the last boss was easily dispatched.

For humans, full health Power Armor actually runs about 40 seconds faster than low health. Even though I intentionally used inferior weapons, not dying was the biggest factor.

Final Thoughts

Based on these test runs and my general solo experience, I’d say any style is possible. There is no obviously superior method, they just have distinct advantages that different people like. So, while people may be talking about dying more often, you don’t actually die that often.

On the other hand, a Bloodied Build does no more damage than a fully healthy character. You’ll definitely do more, but the most important factor is how good your weapons are. Get an excellent set of Anti Armor. It will be just as effective as a suitable weapon.

One condition where poor health is significantly better is VATS. These little perks can really make a difference in making for a smoother gaming experience. Therefore, if you rely heavily on VATS, it will be more convenient to run a low health Commando, while it will not change your life.

Outside of VATS, things are pretty much the same. So while there is a difference between low health Bloodied and full health, the difference is not huge. Things like Marsupial Mutation will actually have a greater impact on your gameplay.

Anyway, the point of all this is that you should play however you want. This isn’t a game about maximizing your character. As long as you’re having fun, everything will work.
