In Diablo 2 Resurrected, you need to use the Spirit Runeword as soon as possible. This is because it is made up of some runes that are easiest available in the early stages of building up a character.

To create the Spirit, you need to find 4 special runes and insert them into the equipment with 4 empty sockets. MMOWTS will detail how to obtain or make these runes.

How to get Spirit Runeword?

To make Spirit Runeword, you need to obtain Tal, Thul, Ort, and Amn Rune, and then when the character reaches level 25 or higher, insert them into a 4-socket piece of equipment. Spirit is mainly used to make a 4-socket Spirit Shield.

The stats of Spirit Shield is as follows:

* +25-35% Faster Cast Rate

* +55% Faster Hit Recovery

* +250 Defense Vs. Missile

* +22 To Vitality

* +89-112 To Mana

* +3-8 Magic Absorb

* Cold Resist +35%

* Lightning Resist +35%

* Attacker Takes Damage of 14

The Spirit Shield is beneficial to casters, such as the Lightning Witch, but it is also used in other builds.

Where to get all Spirit Runes?

Tal Rune

It is one of the easiest runes to get, and it can be easily found by doing Countess runs. This includes going to the Black Marsh in Act 1 and finding the entrance to the Forgotten Tower. You can find Countess on the fifth level.

Thul Rune

You can only obtain Thul by defeating Countess on Nightmare or Hell difficulty. It can be made by transforming 3 Ort Runes in Horadric Cube, which will turn them into a Thul Rune.

Ort Rune

It can only be dropped on Nightmare or Hell difficulty, or it can be made via transmuting into 3 Ral Runes in the Horadric Cube. In addition, after completing the "Rescue on Mount Arreat" quest in Chapter 5, you can get a Ral, Ort and Tal Rune.

Amn Rune

You can defeat Countess on Nightmare or Hell difficulty to get Amn Rune. Or, it can also be made in Horadric Cube, but it takes a long time.
