Currently, D2R's patch 2.4 has not been released on the game's public test servers, but some content has been leaked, part of which is the new Runewords.
So far, 3 new Runewords have been leaked, which include:
* Unbending Will Runeword
* Mist Runeword
* Wisdom Runeword

Unbending Will Runeword
It seems to be tailored for those Barbarian players who wield swords, granting attacks a chance to cast taunt, +3 combat skills, increased attack speed, enhanced damage, extra attack rating, lifesteal, and more.
Mist Runeword
Mist is a 5 socket Runeword for bow or crossbow, it's perfect for Amazon class and in-game Act I mercenary. The runewords grant level 9 concentration aura, +3 to all skills, piercing attack, increased attack speed, enhanced damage, and +40 to all resistances.
Wisdom Runeword
The helmet-based Wisdom is also suitable for Amazon builds, but also helps Barbarians focus on their throwing abilities. The runewords grant piercing attacks, a "cannot be frozen" effect, and grants mana steal on hit with mana cast on kill. This helps Amazon players manage their mana.
